Shipping Policy
At Fashioned with Grace, we do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method and carrier.
- Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
- Tracking information will be provided when available.

Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Fashioned with Grace. If something doesn't work out, eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags still attached
- Requested for return within 30 days of delivery
Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Fashioned with Grace is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you to make it right and will provide return or replacement instructions when appropriate.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
Items marked Clearance or Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Certain deeply discounted items in the Grace Outlet may also be marked Final Sale. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Digital Gift Cards
Fashioned with Grace gift cards are digital gift cards and no physical card will be mailed.
Digital gift cards:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash
- Cannot receive cash back
- May only be used toward eligible purchases from Fashioned with Grace
- If a purchase made with a gift card is later refunded, the eligible refund amount will generally be returned to the original gift card balance.
